Looking for additional summer keyholders. Seasonal to accommodate school schedule but could stay on after if certain days of the week work!

Position Overview
We’re looking for a responsible and enthusiastic Key Holder to help lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations. As a Key Holder, you’ll assist with opening and closing the store and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with retail experience who is eager to take on additional responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with product selection
- Operate the POS system, process transactions, and handle returns/exchanges
- Assist in merchandising, restocking, and maintaining visual displays
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards
- Handle any customer concerns or issues in a professional and efficient manner
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (1 weekend day or every other weekend required at a minimum)
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods
