As an Assistant Energy Efficiency Consultant, you will provide support for energy efficiency projects related to electric and natural gas energy for our client. You will assist in reducing energy consumption by helping implement energy-saving strategies such as high-efficiency lighting, HVAC systems, and manufacturing processes. This role requires assisting internal and external teams to provide technical recommendations and data analysis while ensuring excellent customer and vendor communication.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Organize and ensure all information is complete for energy efficiency applications
  • Communicate with customers (primarily via email) to provide updates, request timelines, and answer questions
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure project efficiency
  • Provide support to Energy Efficiency Consultants and other team members
  • Perform data analysis and identify trends related to energy efficiency projects

Must-Haves:

  • Experience: 0-1 years of relevant experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (open to new graduates)

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Soft Skills:

  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Problem-solving mindset

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with energy efficiency or sustainability initiatives
  • Familiarity with data analysis or project management tools
