We’re hiring a Content Creator Intern who is creative, proactive, and deeply tapped into social media. This role has a direct impact on helping more people discover and access care.
Role Overview
As a Content Creator Intern, you’ll create short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, etc.) that drives awareness and engagement for Nabi. You will concept, film, and iterate on content.
We’re looking for someone who understands what makes content go viral, moves quickly, and is excited to experiment and learn.
What You’ll Do
- Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms
- Brainstorm and test new content ideas, hooks, and formats
- Film and edit videos
- Stay on top of trends and adapt them quickly for Nabi
- Iterate on content based on performance data and feedback
- Collaborate with the team on messaging, positioning, and creative direction
- Post consistently and help manage content calendar
What We’re Looking For
- Deeply familiar with TikTok / Reels – you get what works
- Creative, fast-moving, and not precious about content (volume matters)
- Strong instincts for hooks, storytelling, and attention-grabbing content
- Comfortable filming yourself or directing simple shoots
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, TikTok editor, etc.)
- Interested in mental health, wellness, or mission-driven work
Bonus:
- Experience growing a personal or brand account
- Experience with paid ads or performance marketing
- Comfortable being on camera
Hours & Compensation
