Description:
We’re looking for highly motivated, entrepreneurial students to join our sales team for Text Maddie, an AI texting assistant that helps businesses instantly follow up with inbound leads and convert them into booked customers.
This is a performance-based role: you’ll be responsible for sourcing, reaching out to, and closing businesses that can benefit from faster lead conversion. You’ll work directly with the founding team and gain real experience selling a product that drives measurable revenue for clients.
Compensation:
- $1,000 per client closed
- Top performers can earn significant monthly income based on performance
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (e.g., law firms, med spas, local service businesses)
- Pitch Text Maddie in a simple, compelling way
- Handle objections and close deals
- Work closely with founders to refine messaging and strategy
