The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Young 60 Plus Club plays a vital role in delivering high-quality care to seniors and adults requiring assistance. CNAs assist with daily living activities, monitor members’ health, and support a positive and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Living Support:

  • Assist members with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide mobility support, including transferring and repositioning members.

Health Monitoring:

  • Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • Monitor members’ physical and emotional well-being, reporting changes to administrative staff.

Social Engagement:

  • Facilitate recreational activities and outings to encourage community involvement.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with members to enhance their emotional well-being.

Safety and Cleanliness:

  • Maintain a clean, safe environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Assist in light housekeeping tasks to ensure comfort and order in the facility.

Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with other caregivers, nurses, and program staff to deliver seamless care.
  • Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training sessions.
