I am excited for another school year! As you are beginning this year, please remember that is never too early to start your career planning. What does “Life After Langston” look like for you? The Office of Career and Professional Development exists to help you answer that question. You might be wondering how a particular class aligns with your career goals. You might start to second guess your major. Do not worry! All of these thoughts are a part of the process. Here are a few tips to get you started in career planning for this year:
- Create or update your resume (let the Office of Career and Professional Development help!)
- Create or update your Handshake profile.
- Attend career events
- Know that it is okay to change your mind about what you want to do in life.
