0.5 FTE (20 hrs/wk); Monday – Friday, business hours. Tuesdays & Thursdays are required on-site days. Some weekends and evenings will also be required per department needs. This is a temporary position for the summer.
The Gillette Internship Program aligns students’ interests with activities that relate to Gillette’s strategic objectives. Interns work with leaders and other staff on projects and activities that relate to their knowledge and skills. In addition to project work, interns may participate in programs available through our Education Department and engage in observational experiences throughout the organization.
Throughout the program, interns gain familiarity with the operations of a specialty children’s hospital and have the opportunity to learn through project work. The program is a part-time paid summer internship, with a required 20 hours per week and the potential for additional hours as approved. The intention of the program is to provide students with a formal experience in preparation for their career.
This internship is coordinated by Human Resources and Marketing & Communications.
Compensation:
The hourly wage for this opportunity is $20/hour and it is a non – benefit eligible position as it is a temporary position for the summer.

Required:
- Must be currently enrolled, or graduated from college
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to speak and write clearly and concisely
- Functional in Microsoft Office programs
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality
